Partner Visa – subclass 820/ 801 and 309/ 100
If you are in a genuine relationship with an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or an eligible New Zealand citizen you may be eligible to migrate or stay in Australia to be with your partner. You must be married or in a de facto relationship that is genuine and continuing to the exclusion of all others.
Married
You must be legally married to your partner and this marriage must be recognized in Australia.
Defacto relationship
To satisfy a partner visa on defacto grounds you must have been in a de facto relationship for 12 months and 1 day from the date of lodgement.
Extensive evidence will be needed to satisfy the department of your genuine relationship.
Your Australian Citizen, PR, or eligible NZ citizen partner must meet sponsorship requirements.

Prospective Marriage Visa – Subclass 300
If you are engaged to an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen you may be eligible to migrate to Australia to be with your fiance. You need to be over the age of 18 and legally able to get married. This is a temporary visa with a duration of 9 months and within the visa validity you must marry.
The applicant must not be in Australia when you apply for or be granted this visa. You need to have personally met your fiance and intend to live together as a married couple.
Your Australian Citizen, PR or eligible NZ citizen fiance must meet sponsorship requirements.

Parent Visa
There is many sub classes of parent visas. These visas allow a settled Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to sponsor their parent/ parents to move or migrate to Australia. The parent must pass the balance of family test, which is a calculation of all children and step children. Eligible children are settled in Australia and hold either permanent residence or citizenship. Ineligible children hold temporary Australian visas or live outside Australia. To satisfy the balance of family test you must have equal or more eligible children. There are minimal exemptions. If your parent is applying onshore they must be above a certain age.
